Using Bennett on Campus and during labs

Bennett for COMP22111 is available on the machines in the Tootil labs. Do not use/take the COMP22111 lab boards away from the Tootil labs.

You will have to create a bit file for MU0 or Stump, follow the lab manual for details. Once you have downloaded a bit file to the FPGA board, you will be able to start Bennett.

Open a terminal and run start_bennett_221

Bennett should start up connected to either MU0 or Stump.

Troubleshooting

If Bennett doesn't work, in the first instance, ask for assistance from a staff member in your scheduled lab session.

For any other support outside of lab times, you can contact cadtools@manchester.ac.uk
